This policy describes how the controller processes the personal data of users and website visitors in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (“GDPR”) and with Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing.

The controller has not appointed a data protection officer, as this obligation does not apply to it.
As part of registration for the lāska.ai closed beta and the operation of the website, the following categories of personal data may be processed:

We use your e-mail solely for enrolment in the closed beta programme and for sending information related to testing. We will not use it for any other purpose.
Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except for entities whose involvement is required by law (e.g. accountant, web hosting provider). The controller has a data processing agreement in place with all processors. Data is not transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA.

You can exercise your rights in writing at the e-mail address gdpr@laska.ai. The request will be handled without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest.
The website uses necessary cookies to ensure basic functionality and, after consent is given, analytics or marketing cookies. You can change your cookie settings at any time by clicking the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.
The controller has adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or misuse. Data in electronic form is stored in secured systems.
Providing an e-mail address is voluntary. Without it, however, a user cannot be enrolled in the closed beta programme. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place when processing personal data.
